Application Security Pre-Sales Engineer
Reporting to Professional Services and Customer Support Manager, the ideal candidate will have the following: Education: degree preferably in Computer Science (or Engineering coupled with practical experience)
~ professional services and/or technical customer support experience
~ Good communication, both oral and written (presentation and proposal writing)
~ Experience in project planning and/or first level management role
~ Maturity and experience dictating at least 6 years in the workforce
~ Security knowledge of cryptography (symmetric and public key), and/or reverse engineering, hacking, digital rights management (DRM), conditional access systems (CAS)
~ Knowledge of security application design and implementation practices
~ Experience with C programming
~ A detailed and technical orientation
~ Willingness to travel

Working with the VP of Products and Services and the Business Development team to: Identify target markets, verticals and niche solutions for products and services Prepare proposals and high-level designs to address specific customer requirements Present and sell the technology, products and/or solutions to the customer Plan, design, project manage, develop and/or deliver solutions and/or consulting on-time to the customer Working with the Customer Support Manager to: Deliver training, resolve problems and support customers during critical phases of their product development Working with Product Management to:
Provide customer feedback and direction for the product, services and solution offerings Design and/or implement solutions for incorporation into the product offering
