Network Security Technician III

The Arizona Department of Administration is a provider of data/telecom services to State of Arizona agencies.  

The Arizona Department of Administration is seeking a security engineer for an uncovered position.  

Person in this position will do a wide range of computer security related tasks, including but not limited to- implementation, support and monitoring of security devices/products, performing computer and acceptable use violation investigations including forensics, supporting VPN users, incident response, Planning/writing/enforcing policies etc.  

Strong networking skills required.  

A wide range of experience is helpful in this position, including: Multiple IDS and IPS
Checkpoint firewalls
Cisco Pix
All Operating Systems
Pen-testing/auditing
Cisco routers
Shell programming, Perl, C - helpful  

The position pays appoximately $48,000.00 per year.
