Security Software Engineer

Security Engineer requirements:

Black Dragon Software is seeking qualified Security Engineers at intermediate and senior levels.

Description
The qualified security engineer will become a member of the team performing research and development of software that provides security metrics for our security software product.

Responsibilities include:
• Research and analysis of software for vulnerabilities
• Software design and development
• Vulnerability modeling

The security engineer should have 3 or more years experience with the following:

Security Experience:
• Experience with design and implementation of authentication and access
control
• Experience with design and implementation of network architecture and
security policy
• Working knowledge of encryption, PKI
• Experience with application development security concepts and attacks
• Experience and knowledge of network security concepts and attacks
including firewalls, routing, Denial of Service
• Experience and knowledge of IP protocol security and attacks
• Experience and knowledge of security and vulnerability assessment tools

Software Development Experience:
• Software development in C++, C, Perl, UNIX shells
• Understanding of OO design and implementation
• Experience with network and client-server software development
• Experience with UNIX system and application development
• Experience with Windows system and application development

Platforms:
• Linux
• UNIX
• Windows 9x/XP/NT/2000/XP
