we are looking for a candidate to fill an opportunity in LA for the following position Salary is between 80-120K depending on how much Physical Security background you have.

meeting the largest, most complex systems challenges imaginable for government, military and business. Applies engineering concepts and methodologies to technical functions including research, development, analysis, design or production within one or more engineering disciplines. Utilizes engineering and/or scientific skills to identify, solve, or alleviate technical problems. Video Engineer needed to develop video solutions for integrated physical security system. *Experience in the following areas is required: - Must be experienced with physical security requirements, including Access Control, CCTV, and Digital Video Recording and will have had industry experience. - Understanding of networking is required as video will be transmitted over a variety of shared networks ranging from RF to WANs and LANs with impact to bandwidth availability and video quality. - Video interface design and integration with other systems such as sensors, software control, recording devices, and storage will be engineered. - The ideal candidate will have experience in building and deploying mission critical video surveillance systems from camera to recorder. - In addition, this person must know the various products, their limitations and the related challenges associated with moving between analog and digital environments Received on Mon Aug 11 11:25:06 2003
