ABOUT THE POSITION We are conducting a high-level search for a successful Security Sales Engineer to help integrate our new intrusion detection / intrusion protection line of products. The successful candidate will have a strong record of providing technical sales support and training for IT security products. The Security Sales Engineers primary responsibility includes pre-sales technical sales support, development of technical sales presentation/tools for internal and external audiences, and product demonstrations. As an extension of the sales organization, the Security Sales Engineer will play a key role in the development and closing of large and strategic opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years experience as a sales engineer supporting software
products targeted at the IT Security market (Intrusion Detection product
experience is highly desirable)
