You will implement & test vulnerability detection signatures, as well as develop content for the vulnerability database (environment is C/Linux), as well as do lots of scripting You need to have:
MINIMUM 2+ years software development (C/Linux)
EXCELLENT grasp/experience of networking technologies and protocols
(TCP/IP)
