webdav with sp0/1

I've been working on the webdav exploit on win2k sp0 and sp1. However, the overflow does not occur as per sp2/3. Anyone has any insight to this problem? It appears as if some buffer has been overflowed but nothing critical like the ebp or eip area on the stack.
