Named pipe paper

hi guys,

Andreas Junestam from @stake mentions paper by Blake Watts in his recent advisory on Named Pipe Filename Local Privilege Escalation. That whitepaper is called "Discovering and Exploiting Named Pipe Security Flaws for Fun and Profit" by Blake Watts. Was googlin around but couldnt find it. www.securityinternals.com seems to b dead. Does anyone have a link or copy of that paper?
