Oracle xdb ftp service?

Litchfield released an exploit for a buffer overflow in the Oracle xdb ftp service this BlackHat, but I cannot find any public references to the vulnerability or a BID. I emailed Litchfield but did not get a reply, so I'm hoping someone has a reference.
