It was a strange disappearance, Matt. I highly recommend Dave Aitel's SPIKEproXy. You know, the guy from "insomniac"? Kidding. Unfortunately their site has been down for a few. Maybe Dave will hip us to when it might be back up.

The docs for webgoat mention that it is best used with a proxy with which you can inspect and modify the headers and recommends "openproxy" from the owasp site.

However, I couldn't find openproxy. A search comes up with nothing.

Where is it? Or is it called something else now?

(In the meantime, I'm using rdawes' exodus. Bit rough
in the ui as the author admits but does the job.)
