[Snort-devel] Patches for MingW

Hi list, this is my first post.

I've compiled snort using MingW with only very few patches needed. Mostly to suppress warnings from gcc about unknown pragmas.

The extra pcap_lookupdev() in snort.c is needed with latest WinPcap 3.1; If a device is specified explicitly, pcap_open_live() fails since the list of devices hasn't been scanned by WinPcap first.
