Each email to the list indicates where to go to remove yourself. This is located in the "List-Unsubscribe" message header.

All the way at the bottom of the page, enter your email address and press "edit options"

On the next page, enter the password you subscribed with and hit unsubscribe.

If you forgot your password, there's a button there to cause the system to email your password to you.

The password stuff is done to keep the average Joe from unsubscribing people they don't like from the list. It's a little more cumbersome, but prevents childish pranksterisms.
