Where you have

    uricontent:"/csview2.cgi"

this is actually

    uricontent:"/cvsview2.cgi"

Picked this up via the rules on a debian backport of 2.1, but it seems to be current on http://www.snort.org/snort-db/sid.html?sid=2197
