Salvatore,

At least these must be configured:
 use_bayes 1
 bayes_path /var/amavisd/.spamassassin/bayes

All the bayes_sql* and bayes_store_module can be removed/hashed out.

De default store module for bayes is DB_File (make sure you have the DB_File perl module installed)
