Please keep this on-list so that others can help as well.

Please post a complete copy of the spam email on a webserver somewhere so that we can look at it. For one thing, it doesn't sound like English is your native language, and having the message itself saves confusion caused by you trying to describe it to us in a language you're not fluent in. (No offense is intended.)
