newbie question: scan msgs smaller than certain size

Greetings...

I'm coming from a long time using Dspam, so please bear with me if this is a stupid question :D

We are planning to use spamassassin with the clamav plugin.

So, basically we need spamd to virus scan all messages, and spam scan just messages smaller than 100K.

Is there way to do this inside spamassassin, without having the MTA to sort it by size? We use exim, and it has a pretty awesome spamassassin support, but it has a crappy clamav support.

I searched a lot in the wiki, docs, and google, but I wasn't very lucky :(
