Two options, since you're using spamc/spamd.

  1. Put user configs into SQL and for user nobody set use_bayes 0, you might get similar results if you give user nobody an actual home directory and a user_prefs file, but I've never tried that.
  2. There is a plugin hook that you can use that allows you to authorize bayes for specific users. It would be pretty trivial to write an everyone except user nobody plugin to do what you want. Here is a sample plugin you could build off of: http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/AuthzUserPlugin
